Due to an internal promotion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Executive to join their friendly, collaborative team. This is a varied, people-focused role where you''ll help grow membership by building relationships with prospective members and guiding them through the joining process. You''ll be responsible for: Contacting and engaging with prospective members via phone, email and networking opportunities. Understanding each organisation''s needs and demonstrating the value of becoming a member. Managing the full membership journey from initial enquiry through to joining. Building strong, long-term relationships with business leaders and decision makers. Maintaining accurate records using the CRM system.
