Business Development Executive

Business Development Executive Location: Newark, Nottinghamshire Salary: £40,000 per annum plus a bonus of approximately £5,000 at target Working pattern: Office based, with the option to work from home one day per week after probation Reporting to: Business Development Manager The role We are looking for a Business Development Executive to identify, develop and qualify opportunities across new and existing customer accounts. You will combine proactive outreach with the management of inbound enquiries and marketing leads, building your own pipeline while supporting Enterprise Account Managers with theirs. You will use HubSpot, sales intelligence tools and customer insight to identify the right people to contact, understand their business challenges and arrange meaningful conversations with the sales team. Accurate CRM records and consistent follow-up are central to the role. What you''ll do Research target accounts to identify decision-makers, business needs and potential opportunities.Run outbound campaigns across prospective, existing, dormant and lapsed customer accounts.Respond to and qualify inbound enquiries and marketing-generated leads.Build and manage a pipeline in HubSpot, keeping account details, activities, next steps and opportunity stages accurate and up to date.Work with Enterprise Sales and Marketing on targeted account campaigns and prospecting plans.Arrange discovery meetings, executive briefings, demonstrations, workshops and visits to the Innovation ..... full job details .....
