Business Development Executive

My client, a New York-based wealth management firm, is looking to recruit experienced Sales Brokers to join its team remotely and drive new business across the US market. Please note this position is work from home only. This is a high-volume, telephone-based sales and origination role, focused on engaging with companies that are actively considering or preparing to raise capital. You will work directly with founders, CEOs, CFOs and other senior decision-makers to understand their funding requirements, introduce the firm''s capital advisory services and convert qualified prospects into new client engagements. Working Hours: 2:00 pm 12:00 am UK time, Monday to Friday, to align with the US markets. The Role This is a sales-driven position with a strong emphasis on business development, relationship building and revenue generation. The majority of your day will be spent speaking directly with businesses exploring capital-raising opportunities, identifying potential clients, qualifying prospects and progressing opportunities through the sales pipeline. You will play a key role in originating new business, developing relationships with senior management teams and securing client engagements, while working closely with the firm''s senior leadership throughout the process.
