We are looking for a commercially driven Business Development Partner to focus purely on winning new client relationships and generating recruitment opportunities. This role is designed for someone who enjoys opening doors, starting conversations, and securing new business, with the understanding that ongoing client relationships and delivery will be managed by the business owner.
