Business Development Executive Witham, Essex 40,000- 42,000 + OTE 60,000- 65,000 Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pmOur client is looking for a Business Development Executive to support the growth of our business by developing client relationships, generating opportunities, and progressing enquiries through to new business success The role combines business development, client engagement, and account management, working closely with both clients and internal teams to drive commercial growth.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild relationships with new and existing clients to promote our service offeringManage and progress quoted opportunities through regular follow upIdentify opportunities to introduce additional services to existing clientsRe-engage dormant and underdeveloped client accountsWork closely with internal teams to ensure services are correctly scoped and deliveredAttend client meetings and respond to commercial enquiriesMaintain accurate records and provide regular activity and pipeline updatesSupport continuous improvement and company quality standardsWhat We''re Looking ForExperience in business development, account management, sales support or a similar client facing roleStrong communication and relationship building skillsCommercially minded with a proactive approach to generating opportunitiesWell organised with the ability to manage multiple activities and prioritiesConfident working collaboratively across different teamsGood IT skills and experience using CRM ..... full job details .....
