As a Business Development Executive, you’ll generate opportunities for our brand measurement products, working directly with senior marketing leaders at universities in the UK and US.We’ll set you up for success: the first six months focus on outreach, meetings and building relationships. After that, you’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle, closing deals and driving growth.This is a role with clear progression and incredibly strong earning potential with the opportunity to travel and be part of a global organisation.What You’ll Do
Research and prospect target universities and key decision-makersBuild accurate contact lists and manage outreach via HubSpot, LinkedIn, email, and phoneBook and qualify meetings with university marketing leadersSupport the Lead Researcher with follow-ups and proposalsProgress to full-cycle sales: discovery calls, proposals, and contract negotiationUse cutting-edge AI tools (HubSpot AI, Flowrite, ChatGPT, Apollo.io) to supercharge your workflowWhat We’re Looking For
Essential:1–3 years’ experience in B2B or B2C salesCRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)Strong communication skills—both written and verbalSelf-starter mindset with ownership of targetsDesirable:Experience selling to higher education or marketing teamsFamiliarity with research, insights or consulting servicesLinkedIn Sales Navigator / Apollo.io / ZoomInfo knowledgeExperience with AI sales toolsWhy Join Us?
