Business Development Executive

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our client''s very strong sales team. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the client base, fostering strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about sales and business growth, with a focus on leveraging CRM tools to optimise outreach and engagement. The role offers WFH flex for a couple of days per week. Duties Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and industry events and outbound telesales activity. Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new business opportunities. Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs. Utilise CRM software to track leads, manage contacts, and monitor sales pipelines effectively. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that support business growth objectives. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for expansion. This is a desk based role predominantly appointment making for Regional BDMs Requirements Proven experience in sales or business development roles, preferably within a related industry. Proficiency in CRM software is essential for managing client relationships and sales processes. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
