Business Development Executive

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our client''s very strong sales team. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the-client base, fostering strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about sales and business growth, with a focus on leveraging CRM tools to optimise outreach and engagement. The role offers WFH flex for a couple of days per week.

Duties

• Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and industry events and outbound telesales activity.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new business opportunities.
• Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Utilise CRM software to track leads, manage contacts, and monitor sales pipelines effectively.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that support business growth objectives.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for expansion.
• This is a desk based role predominantly appointment making for Regional BDMs

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or business development roles, preferably within a related industry.
• Proficiency in CRM software is essential for managing client relationships and sales processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating independence.
• A recognised qualification in business, marketing, or related fields is desirable but not essential.
