If you''re passionate about winning new business, building lasting client relationships and earning uncapped commission, this is a fantastic opportunity.The Role Generate new business through proactive prospecting and networking.Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal completion.Build and develop long-term customer relationships.Understand client needs and provide tailored fleet vehicle solutions.Promote current campaigns and consistently achieve sales targets.Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey. Key Responsibilities of the Business Development Executive: Proven B2B or automotive sales experience (other sales backgrounds considered).Confident in prospecting, negotiating and closing new business.Target-driven, self-motivated and resilient.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Well organised with strong time management.Knowledge of electric vehicles is an advantage but not essential.
