Business Development Executive - Engineering / Technical Sales £45,000 - £50,000 + Technical Training + Career Development + Progression Tyne and Wear / Northumberland - Commutable from Newcastle upon Tyne, Gateshead, Sunderland, Hexham and surrounding areas Are you from a B2B Sales background within Engineering, Manufacturing, Technical Equipment or a similar industrial sector, looking for an autonomous role where you can take genuine ownership of new business development whilst receiving full technical and product training? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing engineering group where you will play a key role in driving commercial growth across two specialist businesses, managing the entire sales process from identifying opportunities through to proposals, negotiation and handover. This company is a growing group of specialist engineering and manufacturing businesses supplying technical products, equipment and engineering solutions to industrial customers across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to strengthen their commercial capabilities with this newly created position. In this role you will proactively generate new B2B business whilst developing existing and dormant accounts. You will manage your own pipeline, conduct customer visits across the UK, prepare and follow up quotations and work closely with technical teams to develop the right solutions for customers.
