Main Duties * Contact new employers to promote training, apprenticeships and placement opportunities. * Manage existing employer relationships and identify opportunities to offer extra services. * Work with teaching teams to find suitable placement opportunities for students. * Arrange employer activities such as careers talks, masterclasses, interview practice and virtual work experience. * Make sure placements have proper supervision and meet health and safety requirements. * Keep CRM records, sales activity, placement details and employer updates accurate.
