What You''ll Be Doing:


  • Managing and developing a portfolio of B2B clients, ensuring strong long-term relationships.

  • Proactively identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth.

  • Engaging with key decision-makers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Promoting a high-quality range of products and services within the sector.

  • Working collaboratively with field sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Providing valuable insights from the market to support product development and marketing strategies.


What We''re Looking For:


  • A proven track record in sales or business development, ideally within a B2B environment (experience in automotive or industrial sectors is a bonus).

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • A proactive, target-driven approach with strong commercial awareness.

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritise effectively.

  • Experience using CRM systems and managing a structured sales pipeline.
