Business Development Executive - Consultantive Sales

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Executive to join a healthcare company providing clinical pharmacy and prescribing support to GP practices and NHS partners. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving business development through a consultative approach, understanding client requirements, engaging with multiple stakeholders and guiding prospective clients through the sales process. This office-based role offers a salary range of £30,000 - £40,000 plus uncapped commission and benefits. Full training will be provided. You will take the time to understand each prospective client s needs, identify how the organisation s services can support them, engage with relevant decision-makers and guide them through a considered purchasing process rather than relying on a transactional sales approach. Key Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities and pursue leads across targeted markets. Lead consultative sales conversations, navigating multiple stakeholders and addressing client requirements. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract completion.
