Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation and Prospecting Identify and qualify new business opportunities across diverse industries. Customer Engagement Reach out to potential and existing clients via phone, email, and social media to build strong relationships. Tailored Solutions Understand client needs, propose customised solutions, and prepare compelling quotations. Sales Pipeline Management Track and manage all opportunities effectively to ensure seamless follow-ups. Collaboration and Reporting Provide detailed call reports to the Sales Manager for analysis and strategic planning. Customer Retention Maintain long-term client relationships and coordinate field visits with the external sales team. Maximise Opportunities Follow the sales process to optimise revenue and business growth. What We re Looking For: Proven experience in outbound sales, business development, or a similar role.
