This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional who thrives on winning new business, building lasting relationships and identifying commercial opportunities. Working across Bramah HR and Bramah Safeguarding CIC, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing new client relationships and promoting our range of professional services to organisations across the UK. We are looking for someone who is proactive, confident and motivated by results, with the ability to understand client challenges and offer tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities New Business Development: Proactively identify, target and secure new business opportunities across HR consultancy, recruitment and safeguarding services. Lead Generation: Generate new opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, referrals and strategic partnerships.
