Business Development Executive - BDM
We are representing a specialistFinancial Services consultancy on continued growth. After hitting their annual growth targets a full quarter ahead of schedule, they are expanding their London headquarters to support a three-year roadmap. They require a Business Development Executive to spearhead their outreach and lead generation efforts. You will be the face of the firm to senior stakeholders across the world''s leading financial institutions, ensuring a consistent pipeline of high-value opportunities. This role requires a blend of commercial hunter instinct and professional relationship management. Key Deliverables/Technology: Conducting high-volume outbound calling and tailored email campaigns to secure meetings with C-level stakeholders. Leveraging LinkedIn Sales Navigator and internal networks to identify and qualify new business opportunities. Utilizing industry insights (eg, Financial Times, Mandamp;A activity) to prioritize accounts and map out key stakeholders. Maintaining absolute technical precision within Salesforce CRM to track engagement and ensure consistent progression. Skills andamp; Experience for Success: An individual who thrives in a structured, high-activity environment and enjoys the challenge of "winning" conversations. Exceptional Communications A keen understanding of business frameworks and contemporary consultancy trends. Comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems to manage a complex sales workflow.
