The business is open to candidates from a range of sales backgrounds - attitude, resilience, and people skills are more important than industry experience.They are looking for someone who is naturally curious, commercially minded, and confident picking up the phone and creating opportunities.Key Responsibilities Proactively identify and win new business opportunities.Build strong relationships with both new and existing customers.Manage and grow customer accounts to maximise revenue opportunities.Conduct outbound sales activity including cold calling and lead generation.Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals effectively.Maintain regular communication with customers to develop long-term partnerships.Keep CRM systems updated with sales activity and pipeline information.Monitor market activity and identify potential areas for growth.
