With a strong track record the business delivers a diverse range of construction, refurbishment, new-build and specialist projects across London, the South East. Its portfolio includes education, healthcare, commercial, residential, heritage and community projects, underpinned by a commitment to quality, client relationships and successful project delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded and proactive Business Development Executive to join an established construction business, helping identify new opportunities, develop relationships and contribute to its ongoing growth. The Role Working closely with the business development and pre-construction teams, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with prospective clients and consultants, and supporting the company''s wider growth strategy. Key responsibilities will include: Identifying and developing new business opportunities across relevant construction sectors. Building and maintaining relationships with clients, architects, consultants, quantity surveyors and other key industry contacts.
