Business Development Executive Manchester City Centre £25k basic uncapped OTE The Role As our client continues to grow, we''re looking to bring a hungry, commercially minded Business Development Executive into the team. This is a front line role in a fast moving finance brokerage, perfect for someone who enjoys conversations with business owners, understands sales fundamentals and wants a clear path to progression. What you''ll be doing: • Speaking with UK SMEs about funding requirements, specifically focussing on invoice finance and cashflow lending. • Managing inbound lead flow (we will give you lots of leads). • Building your own network and outbound lead origination strategy. • Building long-term relationships with introducers, clients and lenders. What we''re looking for: • Confident communicator (phone-first mindset). • Commercial curiosity. finance experience is a bonus, not essential. • Resilient, driven, and organised. • Someone who wants to build a career, not just do a job.
