What you''ll be doing:
- Making business-to-business sales calls (new and existing clients).
- Building lasting relationships with decision-makers.
- Promoting our recruitment services and finding opportunities for growth.
- Working towards targets - and smashing them.
- Keeping everything logged and up to date on our system.
- Strong track record in B2B telephone sales.
- Recruitment industry experience? Brilliant. If not, similar industries will be considered.
- Proven history of hitting targets.
- Confident communicator with great people skills.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and not afraid to pick up the phone.
- Great basic salary + uncapped commission (your earnings are in your hands).
