Business Development Director Soft FMLocation: North WestSalary: £50,000 to £65,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits + Potential EquityAbout youYou are an experienced Business Development professional from the Facilities Management or commercial cleaning sector who wants more than simply another sales role.You want to have a genuine influence on where a business goes next.You will be joining an established soft FM business currently turning over around £7m, with ambitions to grow towards £10m to £15m. They are looking for someone who can become an important part of that journey, with the potential for shares in the business for the right person.You will know how to identify opportunities, build relationships and convert new business, although this role is not simply about opening doors.A major part of the position will be identifying and securing larger contracts, including public sector opportunities. You therefore need to be comfortable with the complete tender process and capable of writing strong tender submissions yourself.You will be commercially minded, confident speaking with senior decision makers and comfortable helping shape the wider growth strategy of the business.Your experienceYou must have previous experience within Facilities Management or commercial cleaning.Your background should include:A successful track record of winning new business within soft FM, commercial cleaning or a closely related FM environmentExperience writing public sector tenders from start to ..... full job details .....
