£60,000 - £80,000 base depending on experience, plus bonus, car allowance and benefitsLocation:

You’ll have the autonomy to build strategy, open new doors, and expand reach across multiple markets.Key responsibilities
Leading the sales and growth strategy across the service portfolio, driving the sales functionGrowing revenue from existing clients whilst opening new frameworks and marketsOverseeing tender submissions and framework opportunities, ensuring high-quality, compelling bids whilst maintaining a tracking system for tendersPositioning the business as the partner of choice for social landlords, reducing last-minute pressures and supporting complianceSpearheading expansion into new markets, including the wider public sector, private landlords, and commercial clientsWorking with the wider bid and marketing team to prepare and produce market-leading, client-facing presentations and proposalsPreparing monthly and quarterly summaries of sales activities and reporting regularly to the MD on progress and challengesMonitoring industry trends and competitor activity to adapt the sales strategy and respond effectivelyKey requirements
Experience building a pipeline and winning profitable business with an established network within social housing, private landlords and the commercial property sectorKnowledge of Awaab’s Law and other operational processes, health and safety protocols and compliance requirementsA hunter by nature, passionate about reaching and exceeding individual financial targets with a hands-on approachThe ability to work under pressure, prioritising to meet deadlines, managing a busy workload and multi-taskingStrong influencing, commercial and negotiation skillsCollaborative in style, a true team playerDemonstrable experience guiding and developing talent within a teamAble to travel nationally as requiredWe welcome the opportunity to speak with candidates who have a background in selling services within Facilities Management, Specialist Cleaning, Hygiene, or wider Property Services.If you would like to know more, please send your CV in a Word format, quoting reference 33267/LT/ED.
