Overview

EPAM is looking for a

Business Development Director

to join our sales team in the UK in a flexible hybrid working setup. You will be responsible for driving continued growth across our Health and Life Sciences (HLS) unit by working closely with our internal Consulting, Marketing, Alliances and Delivery and partners in the region.Your role is that of the skillful originator and coordinator who organizes the meetings and follow-up steps that bring together all the different parties – prospects, clients, account managers, strategists, consultants, technologists and delivery experts – the multi-disciplinary teams who jointly produce the right solutions for our clients.Responsibilities

Drive HLS related sales and marketing activities within your region but working cross regions to share knowledgeCoordinate and oversee the preparation of business'' value propositions, sales plans, RFPs/RFQs/ RFIs; by serving as liaison to Business Units, sales, partner and executive teamsWork with the cloud vendor to identify opportunities and joint target accountsCoordinate with the EPAM and partner teams regarding joint opportunities, including pipeline and forecast reviewsWork with the assigned partner manager to identify, prepare and deliver product messaging to demonstrate EPAM value prop as a trusted systems integratorDrive joint marketing initiatives with marketing teamsRequirements

Relevant experience in all aspects of the sales life cycleRelationships and network building: we need you to be the person who thrives on meeting people and networking, preferably within the HLS domainExperience with selling software and IT services is desirableExposure to and network within Life Science, Pharma or Medtech organizations is desirableSolutions selling skills and demonstrated success developing and maintaining client and internal relationshipsAbility to communicate effectively across teams with strong verbal, written, collaboration and interpersonal skillsWe offer
