As Business Development Director you will look to focus on London & Europe in general targeting corporate firms with multi-site estates across Europe. You will have a hunter sales mentality and target a list of multinationals who have a variety of sites across Europe covering a wide variety of sectors. Tracking rebrands, mergers and acquisitions and relocations are key triggers to look out for to help you identify leads to follow through. Having a presence at selected industry networking events will help you achieve-this.
