Business Development Director - Defence and IntelligenceRole: Business Development LeadSalary: Up to £140,000 + commission and health careLocation: Hampshire - flexible working with client travelAre you a highly experienced business development and sales individual with a background selling cloud solutions and integration capabilities to the UK MOD and Intelligence customers?We are working with a growing SME Systems Integrator who are looking to hire a permanent Business Development Lead to head up their business winning capabilities and grow out the business development and accounts function.The business themselves are becoming a highly recognised and trusted partner of UK MOD and have further growth plans as a niche SI.The role will balance individual contribution and billing quota, and enabling team growth to build out a discipline.The role will go beyond that of purely business development and will sit within the SLT and be key to the businesses further growth.They''re looking for individuals that have experience balancing individual business winning with managing and building AE and BD teams.
