Attega Group is working on behalf of our client as their in-house recruitment provider.We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Director to join their team.The main purpose of this Business Development Manager role is to build a business unit from the ground up, develop their own team, and generate between £9 million and £10 million of annual sales within 3 years, with further growth thereafter.In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £100k plus Uncapped Performance Bonus + Equity Opportunity depending on experience.Company benefits also include: Company Car20 days holiday plus bank holidaysCompany pensionPotential shareholding/equity opportunities This role is full-time and permanent.
