      <description>Location: West Midlands | Salary: 150000.00-150000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | Major loss adjusting practice seeks to appoint a Business Development Director.  You will take responsibility for the production of new business across all areas of their loss adjusting operation including property, liability, TPA, private clients, construction, engineering etc.  You will take responsibility for all initiatives leading the team, developing strategy and onboarding new business from all areas across insurers, brokers, Syndicates and corporates.  You can live anywhere within the UK but must be prepared to travel accordingly.  You will report to a main Board Director and have the opportunity to join it depending upon success.   About you:  Candidates must have a proven track record of business development ideally, but not essentially, within the loss adjusting sector.  You should be personally ambitious with strong business development ideas and strategies to implement from the outset, as you assist our client through its ongoing expansion programme.   Salary and Benefits: The position is likely to carry a basic salary up to £150,000 plus a generous bonus, car/car allowance, pension, private medical care and 25 days holiday.</description>
