Business Development Coordinator Bishop''s Stortford Up to £32,000 Full-Time Permanent 8am - 5pm Are you highly organised, commercially minded and confident building relationships with customers? Do you enjoy being at the heart of a busy operation where no two days are the same? We are looking for a proactive Business Development Coordinator to support a growing business and play a key role in driving customer engagement and business growth. This is not a cold-calling sales role. Instead, you will manage enquiries, follow up quotations and proposals, coordinate client communications and ensure opportunities progress smoothly through the sales process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in sales support, administration or customer service who is looking to take the next step in their career within a commercial environment. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email Follow up quotations, proposals and sales opportunities Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipelines Prepare customer documentation and reports Coordinate meetings and support customer onboarding Assist with tenders, proposals and marketing activities Work closely with operational teams to deliver an excellent customer experience About You Experience in sales support, administration, customer service or a similar office-based role Comfortable and confident communicating with customers Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Commercially aware ..... full job details .....
