Working closely with the Business Development team, you''ll play a key role in supporting growth through CRM management, reporting, pipeline coordination, customer engagement and commercial administration. You''ll be responsible for ensuring opportunities are tracked effectively, data is accurate and stakeholders have the information they need to drive business growth. The Role Managing and maintaining CRM data, ensuring accuracy and compliance Monitoring sales pipeline activity and opportunity progression Producing reports, dashboards and commercial performance metrics Coordinating account plans, follow-up actions and customer touchpoints Conducting market, customer and competitor research Supporting client meetings, exhibitions, networking events and conferences Preparing information and documentation for business development meetings Tracking actions to completion and ensuring accountability across teams Supporting continuous improvement across commercial processes and systems Providing valuable insight to support business development activity and ..... full job details .....
