Business Development Coordinator

The Client: Our client is an established specialist contractor operating within the commercial fit-out and refurbishment sector, delivering projects for a diverse portfolio of clients across the UK. With an ambitious growth strategy and a strong pipeline of opportunities, they are looking to strengthen their Business Development function with the appointment of a Business Development Coordinator. The Role: This is a varied position sitting across business development, bid coordination and marketing, working closely with the Business Development Director to help identify opportunities, develop client relationships and support the continued growth of the company. The successful candidate will ideally be based in Essex, allowing them to work closely with the Business Development Director when required. The position offers excellent flexibility and will predominantly be home-based, with occasional travel to a satellite office in London and, less frequently, the company''s Head Office. Day-to-day, you will help manage the sales pipeline and coordinate outbound business development activity, whilst also taking responsibility for the organisation and preparation of bids, tenders and proposals.
