ADVANCE GRID SOLUTIONS Job Description and Recruitment Pack Business Development Coordinator Grid-Scale Battery Storage and Solar Glasgow (hybrid) Full time, permanent Reports to: Business Development Lead About AGS Advance Grid Solutions (AGS) is a Scotland-based EPC and ICP contractor delivering grid-scale battery energy storage (BESS) and solar projects across the UK, from origination through to energisation. We work directly with asset owners, developers and utilities on distribution-connected projects, and our growth is driven by a strong delivery record and long-term client relationships. The role Our pipeline of opportunities is growing faster than our capacity to work it. We are hiring a Business Development Coordinator to own the front end of our sales process: researching the market, building and qualifying target lists, making first contact with prospective clients, and booking qualified meetings for our Business Development Lead and senior team. This is a research-and-outreach role, not a closing role. You will not be expected to negotiate contracts or price work your job is to make sure our senior people spend their time in front of the right prospects, fully briefed, at the right moment in a project''s development.
