CANDIDATES MUST HAVE BACKGROUND IN EDUCATION/ TRAINING SALES3 DAYS A WEEK IN OFFICEGenerating a pipeline of new business through a consultative sales approach from a range of SME businessesBuilding strong networks and awareness of the company''s Apprenticeship Training offer by attending and presenting at networking events and seminarsCreating engaging and effective vacancy advertisementsProducing costed quotations and proposals in order to win apprenticeship contractsMaintaining up to date knowledge of changes to industry funding, eligibility, legislation and regional grantsScheduling regular contact with current employers in person and by telephone to build relationships and increase apprenticeship vacanciesEnsuring regular communication with internal stakeholders such as the delivery teamWorking with Marketing to provide content for e-marketing and social media activityRecording all meetings and customer contact using the CRM databaseCreating full, detailed job specifications and recruitment plans for allocation to the Resourcing TeamThe ideal candidate will have previous experience and a successful track record in Recruitment sales or selling apprenticeships.You should be;Energetic and driven to exceed targets whilst maintaining quality and high levels of customer serviceNatural ability to build trusting relationshipsPassionate about supporting businesses and seeing their apprentices succeed and progressProfessional, personable and approachableCan-do, positive attitudeAble to work as part of a busy teamPaul Feldman is the National Skills Agency Data Protection Officer.
