The Role This is a dual-purpose role combining business development and social media execution. You ll be out and about across London building relationships and identifying new opportunities, while also capturing and creating content that showcases our people, engineers, and day-to-day work. Business Development Responsibilities Identifying and targeting new residential clients, apartment blocks, managing agents, and developments Creating warm leads, introductions, and long-term opportunities for the business Attending site visits, networking opportunities, and meetings across Central London Building strong relationships through a professional but personable approach Feeding opportunities back into the wider commercial and operations teams Social Media Responsibilities Creating and posting regular content ..... full job details .....
