Business Development and Operations Executive

Business Development and Operations Executive RBM.PVT LTD is a growing construction and property maintenance company, and we are looking for a motivated and commercially focused Business Development and Operations Executive to support the continued growth of our Luton branch. This is a hands-on role combining business development, client relationship management and operational support. The successful candidate will work closely with our Operations Manager and senior management team to generate new opportunities, convert enquiries into confirmed projects and help ensure jobs are coordinated professionally from initial enquiry through to completion. Key responsibilities: • Generate new business opportunities across construction, refurbishment, property maintenance and related services. • Build relationships with landlords, letting agents, estate agents, property managers, developers, investors and commercial clients. • Identify new local opportunities through networking, direct outreach, referrals and business development activity. • Follow up new and existing enquiries by telephone, email and in person. • Arrange site visits and client meetings. • Assist with preparing quotations, proposals and follow-up communications. • Follow up outstanding quotations and actively work towards converting them into confirmed jobs. • Maintain a clear pipeline of leads, quotations and potential projects. • Develop repeat business with existing customers and commercial partners. • Support the ..... full job details .....
