BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND MARKETING MANAGER POSITION : Business Development and Marketing Manager SALARY : £60- £70K + Performance related bonus scheme. Applications are also welcome from candidates who wish to work on self employed either Ltd Co or Sole Trader LOCATION : East Yorkshire - This is a hybrid role so applications are invited from the North , North West or North East of England THE ROLE: Our client deliver high-quality engineering, fabrication, and installation projects across oil and gas, renewable, power, and petrochemical sectors. From one-off fabrications to full project delivery, the team takes pride in doing things properly safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. They are a growing business with strong technical roots and a hands-on team. Now they are looking for someone who can help keep that growth going by spotting opportunities, building relationships, and helping to tell their story. This isn t your typical corporate BD job. You ll be out there researching clients, understanding what s happening in the market, and building genuine relationships that turn into work. If you re commercially switched-on, proactive, and like getting stuck in, you ll fit right in. What You ll Be Doing Research new clients, projects and competitors and help them stay ahead of the game. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities across the core sectors.
