Business Development and Communications Manager

A leading global professional services firm is seeking a Business Development and Communications Manager to drive client engagement and market profile around its responsible business agenda. The role will: Develop and deliver a strategic responsible business client engagement programme. Build relationships with priority clients through events, campaigns, alliances and tailored opportunities. Partner with senior stakeholders to strengthen responsible business messaging and client relationships. Support senior spokespeople with positioning, content, social media and external speaking opportunities. Lead content initiatives, including podcasts, campaigns and events, and track engagement and ROI. Contribute responsible business insight and messaging to pitches and wider business development activity. Collaborate across BD, marketing and communications teams globally, using data and AI tools to improve impact. The ideal candidate Proven business development experience within professional services. Strong understanding of inclusion and wider responsible business issues, including sustainability, wellbeing and social impact. Excellent project management, stakeholder management and communication skills. Commercial, client-focused and confident working with senior professionals. Strong analytical and research skills, with experience using client and pipeline data. Proactive, creative, organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
