Business Development and Account Manager

Overview

Capital City College is looking for a skilled Business Development and Account Manager to support and drive key operational functions, helping shape the future of education in London. This role focuses on generating new business, primarily linked to apprenticeships, with a wrap-around service for recruiting and upskilling staff.Responsibilities

Generate new business for the group, primarily linked to apprenticeships, with a wrap-around service for recruiting and upskilling staff.Support and drive key operational functions within Apprenticeships+ and the college, including employability skills and professional development, subcontracting, B2B and sales to compliance, work experience and placements, and externally-funded educational projects.Contribute to the delivery of 33 apprenticeship standards and a wide range of short courses, leveraging the college’s funding streams and facilities.Qualifications

Experience of apprenticeships is desirable; if you are a strong salesperson in other industries, training on apprenticeships can be provided.Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency.Clear and professional communication skills.Proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.About Us
