Business Development AdvisorLocation: Driffield, East Riding YO25 Salary: £26,000 per annum + commission (£6,000 £8,000 per annum OTE) Department: Business DevelopmentWorking Monday to Friday Mon to Thurs 8.30am - 5pm Friday 8.30am 4.30pmThe OpportunityHawk 3 Talent Solutions are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Advisor to join a growing team based in Driffield.This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in business development, telesales or lead generation who enjoys identifying new opportunities, building relationships and contributing to business growth.The successful candidate will take a proactive approach to developing new business, managing leads and engaging with prospective customers by telephone and email.Key Responsibilities Proactively contact prospective customers by telephone and email to identify and develop new business opportunities.Conduct research to identify potential markets, industries and prospective clients.Build rapport and establish strong relationships with prospects to understand their needs and requirements.Identify, qualify and progress new business opportunities.Manage leads through the CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely records of all interactions and follow-ups.Handle incoming enquiries and ensure they are appropriately qualified and routed.Work closely with the marketing team to nurture leads generated through marketing campaigns.Analyse market trends and competitor activity to help ..... full job details .....
