The role combines account management, business development and technical sales, with a strong focus on growing existing accounts, winning new customers and increasing service and maintenance contract revenue. The Role You will: Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts. Build strong relationships with key contacts and decision-makers. Identify opportunities for service contracts, maintenance, repairs, lifting equipment and project work. Follow up quotations and convert repair and remedial work into orders. Develop new business through prospecting, networking, referrals and customer visits. Prepare quotations and proposals and manage opportunities through the full sales cycle.
