Business Delivery Manager Location: Huddersfield (Hybrid - 2 days in office) Salary: £60,000-£70,000 DOE Contract: Permanent Hours: 39.5 per week Reports to: Chief Operations Officer Progression: Potential pathway to Business Delivery Lead Role overview:A hands-on, cross-functional delivery role within a growing UK loyalty and membership business working with leading consumer brands. You will manage multiple projects from approval through to go-live and Business as Usual (BAU) handover, while developing and embedding a simple, practical delivery framework. Key responsibilities:Lead multiple projects simultaneously, including B2B client onboarding, technical integrations, regulatory change and internal business improvements. Develop proportionate delivery plans covering scope, milestones, owners, dependencies, risks and decisions. Coordinate Product, Technology, Operations, Client Services, Customer Support, Finance, Compliance, Legal, Commercial teams and external partners. Facilitate focused meetings, resolve blockers and constructively challenge unrealistic plans, commitments or capacity. Manage B2B onboarding from deal approval through launch and early-life support, identifying and implementing improvements to processes, handovers and lead times. Coordinate operational and business readiness, including processes, training, communications, support briefings and controls.
