Business Debt Recovery Specialist Location: Hybrid / Southampton, Hampshire Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm Salary: Up to £33,000 per annum Contract: Full-Time, Permanent About the Opportunity We are recruiting on behalf of an established and highly successful commercial services group with a modern office based in Southampton. Key Responsibilities Working as part of a collaborative and energetic team, you will manage a portfolio of business accounts to resolve outstanding balances and queries. Your daily duties will include: Account Management: Taking ownership of a designated portfolio of active customer accounts, making regular outbound contact to manage balances. Query Resolution: Identifying and resolving account discrepancies, handling disputes professionally, and setting up structured payment schedules. Administration: Ensuring all account interactions and updates are documented with a high level of accuracy on the internal system. Client Updates: Communicating directly with corporate stakeholders to provide progress updates on their active accounts.
