We are seeking a talented individual to join the Risk Management division on a temporary basis. The Role As a Business and Data Analyst, you will lead and support analysis, design, and delivery activities for strategic data initiatives, with a particular focus on the Head Office Data Lake programme. This role requires strong business analysis skills, hands-on data analysis expertise (e.g., SQL, Python), and the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders across Risk, Finance, Front Office, Operations, Technology, and Head Office teams to: Analyse business requirements. Assess data quality. Define target-state processes. Develop reporting solutions. This position offers exposure to high-impact regulatory, risk management, finance, and management information initiatives while helping establish robust data governance practices. Key ResponsibilitiesData Analysis and Solution Design Conduct detailed analysis of complex datasets using tools like SQL and Python. Gather, document, and validate business requirements against source data. Design solutions aligned with strategic architecture from process, system, and data perspectives.
