Duration: 10 months

About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated, self-driven Data Analyst to join a global Customer Success Data Science team based out of central Victoria. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in building core data capabilities, automating insights, and tackling analytics gaps across non-US global markets.
This is an opportunity to join a forward-thinking team that is actively embedding AI into its core workflows. Beyond standard reporting, you will leverage Generative AI and automation to streamline data pipelines, uncover operational trends, and improve customer experience, digital adoption, and service delivery across international regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop robust SQL pipelines, improve data integrity, and establish clear metric definitions built for downstream AI consumption.
- Create, maintain, and scale user-friendly dashboards (Tableau, Qlik, or similar) to map end-to-end customer journeys and measure performance outcomes.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and evaluations to uncover the drivers behind customer pain points, digital adoption challenges, and operational efficiency gaps.
- Apply Gen AI tools and LLMs to automate recurring reporting, streamline insight generation, and eliminate manual workflows with a critical, data-interrogating mindset.
- Measure performance outcomes for digital experiences and AI-assisted support through A/B testing, statistical evaluation, and baseline monitoring.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, persuasive narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders to influence business strategy.
Technical Toolkit:
- Expert proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and pipeline development.
- Strong proficiency with modern dashboarding/visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik).
- Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics and automation is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with cloud/big data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Spark) is preferred.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Analytics or Data Science (experience within Customer Success, Operations, or Digital Experience domains is a strong advantage).
- A genuine enthusiasm for AI technologies paired with practical curiosity about how Gen AI and LLMs can accelerate analytics workflows. Crucially, you possess strong critical thinking skills to interrogate and validate AI outputs for accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to bridge technical analytics with commercial strategy, framing insights in a clear and actionable way.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
If this role aligns with your background and interests, we encourage you to submit your application. While we are unable to respond individually to every applicant, we will keep your profile on file for future suitable openings should your qualifications not fit this specific position.
