This is a high-impact opportunity for a resilience professional who wants genuine ownership of a mature Business Continuity Management System and the scope to shape how continuity and resilience are managed across both internal operations and complex, client-facing managed infrastructure. Reporting directly to the Head of Assurance, the successful candidate will work at the intersection of risk, governance, and technology, serving as the primary point of contact for continuity planning, incident response, and resilience assurance across the organisation. The role You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) in line with ISO 22301 and industry best practice. Working across the organisation, you will maintain BC policies and procedures, ensure clear governance and accountability, and lead Business Impact Analyses for critical systems and services. You will assess recovery priorities, define RTOs and RPOs, and ensure everything aligns with the organisations risk appetite - while staying ahead of emerging threats, including those arising from AI-enabled systems and third-party dependencies. ..... full job details .....
