This position involves coordinating administrative, operational, and customer-focused activities to ensure high-quality service delivery to residents and stakeholders. The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational SupportCoordinate day-to-day business activities across housing and property services teamsMaintain accurate records, databases, and reporting systemsSupport the planning and delivery of projects, repairs programmes, and tenancy servicesMonitor service performance and assist in producing KPI reportsCustomer and Stakeholder EngagementAct as a first point of contact for internal teams, residents, and external partnersHandle enquiries professionally, ensuring timely resolution or escalationSupport resident engagement initiatives and community programmesAdministrative CoordinationSchedule meetings, manage calendars, and prepare documentationProcess invoices, purchase orders, and budget tracking supportEnsure compliance with organisational policies and regulatory requirementsData and ReportingCollate and analyse data to support decision-makingProduce ..... full job details .....
