We are looking for an experienced Business Change Specialist to join our Business Readiness team to play a key role in delivering meaningful change across The Guinness Partnership. As we bring our ambitious 2030 Strategy to life, we are investing in improving our repairs offering through changes to our service delivery model and the rollout of new technologies. We want to improve colleague and resident experiences by modernising our technology landscape and expanding CRM capabilities across resident facing services. We are also working to unlock the potential of digital and AI-enabled ways of working. Our change portfolio is broad, exciting, and central to delivering our strategic ambitions. In this role, you will work closely with leaders, project teams, and stakeholders across Guinness. You will also lead business readiness and change adoption activities, influence stakeholders, and help operational teams successfully embed, people, process and technology change and realise the full benefits of the change.
