The successful person will lead on Touchstone''s improvement and transformation plan including reviewing business process, projects, estates and IT and AI to improve efficiencies and support Touchstone to grow. The postholder will need to have significant experience in business change and improvement, business intelligence and the successful implementation of improvement initiatives.
