This is a good one for someone who enjoys being close to the business, working with senior stakeholders, and making change feel practical rather than overly process-heavy. They''re looking for a Strategic Business Change Manager who has delivered change workstreams across complex projects or programmes, but who can also step back and think strategically about how change should be implemented across a wider business. So, not just someone who can run the comms and training piece, but someone who understands how to make change land properly, at scale, and in a way that actually sticks.
