About the companyI am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Gaydon, who are seeking a Business Change Manager to join their team Job DescriptionAs Business Change Manager, your main responsibilities include:Responsible for the IT organization''s process improvement and change management activities by applying process improvement, change management methodologies, communication planning, organizational readiness assessment and stakeholder analyses.Ensure stakeholders understand the need for changeBuild motivation and engagement to support the changeEquip stakeholders with the skills and understanding to changeEnable stakeholders to implement the change in their rolesSustain the change and embed it into culture and processesChampion the standardised lifecycle model across all initiativesEnsure alignment between business change and technical deliveryDrive stakeholder engagement and feedback loopsReport on adoption and value metrics to leadership Qualifications / Skills neededA recognized subject matter expertManaging large projects or processes, with limited oversight from manager.Coaching, reviewing and delegating work to lower level professionals.Problems faced are difficult and often complex.Automotive experience Why ..... full job details .....
