This is a highly hands-on role requiring someone who can hit the ground running, manage complex change and drive adoption across large, dispersed and change-resistant user groups. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver change and communications strategies. Manage change across large-scale and geographically dispersed teams. Establish and manage change networks and stakeholder engagement. Lead change impact assessments and business readiness activities. Support training, communications and user adoption. Manage resistance and influence senior stakeholders. Ensure change activity is joined up across multiple workstreams. Adapt the change approach based on user feedback and operational requirements.
